Q. Where can I download Cabal Online?
A. Please visit http://www.ogplanet.com/games/downloads.asp for a list of servers you can download Cabal Online and all other games that OGPlanet offers.
Q. I would like to uninstall Cabal Online. How can I remove it?
A. There are two ways to uninstall Cabal Online.
1. Click on Start button and click [All Program]->[Cabal Online]->[Cabal Uninstall] and it will be deleted.
2. Click on Start button and click Control Panel] Of [Add or Remove Program] and select Cabal Online and click Remove.
Q. I would like to save my chatting message. How can I save it?
A. If you wish to save your chat log:
1. After you log into the game, drag your mouse to the chat window and click on the chat bubble that's underneath the [X]. The chat bubble icon looks like this [iU].
2. Click on "Save Chat Log".
3. The chat log will be saved into your C:\Program Files\OGPlanet\CABAL Online\chatting log folder (default installation folder)
4. The file has to be submitted to OGPlanet through the Help Desk as an attachment.
Please note that the chat log can only be viewed by OGPlanet. This is to keep the legitimacy and authenticity of the chat log, so it is impossible to check the log without OGPlanet's help.
